14 day satisfaction guarantee

evmotions.ie offers a 14 days satisfaction guarantee on orders placed through evmotions.ie. If you are not completely satisfied with the device you bought you can return it to us in the original undamaged packaging within 14 days after receipt and we will refund the amount of the purchase. Before you return the device, please contact the evmotions.ie .eu helpdesk for an RMA number. Shipments without an RMA number will be refused. The shipment charges are on your own account. 14 days satisfaction guarantee not available for corporate customers.

Warranty period

All evmotions.ie products have a warranty period of 24 months for individuals and 12 months for legal entities.

Warranty and defects

Repair during the warranty period:
- Please contact us to request an RMA number. Shipping costs will be shared. (You will be responsible for the shipping costs to us, but we will cover the return shipping costs to you.)

Repair after the warranty period:
- Please contact us to request an RMA number. You will be responsible for all shipping costs (both sending and returning).

CE Certification

The CE marking certifies that all of evmotions.ies products have met EU consumer safety, health or environmental requirements. CE stands for Conformité Européenne, which means as much in line with European legislation.
